What would be the largest setting on a mountain bike? I have an Ironhorse Azure Sport bike with decent components, during the winter I intend to do some updates and I was wondering what experts or fellow riders also suggest that far which would upgrade will significantly improve the weight and performance more ... I ride 1-2 times per week on trails rather technical ...

Yeah, I would also replace and upgrade everything that is focused first, as the other answerer said. Then update your derailleurs and levers Shimano XT or better. Deore is a bit bulky and does not perform as well as XT. Then, to lose weight, the best places are the parts that turn, especially, your wheels. They are spendy, but light, strong wheels make a big difference in the weight of spin. You have already light tires, consider tubless, or light tubes. You do not say what brand you use, but Mavic, DT Swiss rims and Olympics are good to consider. Similarly, your cranks could probably be lighter. You are light of foot, but I like the performance pedals Shimano XT better than Crank Bros. More spin weight loss: Shimano XTR cassette and chanrings. More performance: in fact, excellent brakes Avid, I like the performance of the hydraulic better: more control and less slippage. Magura, Shimano. You can update the same time as your controllers. Consider the dual system Shimano derailleur with rapid rise in the rear. I was skeptical about having my brake levers to be my controllers at the same time. But now, I would not go back to joysticks thumb.
First ... There must have spent with a substitute? Check the chain and tire grip. Was listening to the bike and carrying reconditioned? How are the teeth of your rings?
repaired first to be fixed, and then decide. I want to upgrade derailleurs first.
I would say that the fork or rear shock replacement plan, but if a lot justv I buy a new bike
