Stomp Rocket

Stomp RocketBest STOMP ROCKET launch angle for distance?

We will do a physical experiment tomorrow using rockets pedals, and the goal is the figure which is the best angle to throw it for him to go further. This is not 45 degrees so it should be lower.

It is 45 degrees.

This explains why:

Maybe because you're treading it is altering it somehow? Enjoy! w00tz!

Except friction, the best angle is 45 degrees

Well, it depends on the difference in elevation of the launcher towards the target altitude. If they are level, the best angle is exactly 45 degrees. Otherwise, you will need to make calculations with formulas movement of a projectile. If so, this might help: http://www.staff.amu.edu.pl/ ~ romangoc/M2 ...
