What are the different models of the space shuttle and rocket us which is better? Make a project and need a bit of detail on most aspects of space exploration, now shuttles and rockets. Thank you. :)
Best for what?
The space shuttle is, hands down the best vehicle for bringing stuff back from orbit. Unfortunately, this is not a capability we use a lot. It is the most expensive per unit mass to launch anything from a vehicle driven by any nation on earth. It is the job the least reliable man-assessment used by any nation on earth. He is currently the only man rated vehicle in the fleet of the United States.
The United States is currently the design and construction of a replacement shuttle. It will be bigger, like, only bigger Apollo. And the new architecture of a cargo mount much larger unmanned rockets.
Russian Soyuz rockets have been extremely reliable.
Then, there are dozens of rockets that are not man-rated. Pegasus Delta 2, Proton, Ariane 5, and so on. What you use depends on how massive your load, and what are your political views.
