I moved into an apartment that is somewhat on the small side. I just want some ideas on how to save space in a living room, bedroom or kitchen.

Look up and under. Use the wall space for storage and under furniture for her too. The holes are easy to fill when you leave then use the wall space for hanging lockers for storage especially above the commode in the bathroom. Under furniture storage can be made with these cheap plastic boxes for storing all kinds of things.
