All positions will contain offensive enemy civilians. It may well go home. If we can not shoot, then the function that American troops are in the service is being moving targets for target practice.

(3) This mission can best be achieved by predators. Thus, most Groundforce can just go home.

(4) We have no role to play in clearing land, territory holding, building hospitals and schools, to win the hearts and minds of the people or protecting constituents Karzai. These activities are not significantly related to the national security of the United States if you can break all the training camps and safe houses all by other means (predators).

(5) The staff necessary to accomplish the mission review: (1) 5000 Bahgram again fuel and Predators re-arm (2), 15,000 in the fleet at sea for Reconstruction and to fly in support of Delta Force and Bagram and forces (3) 50000 to the NSA, NRO, Colorado and Cheyenne - Battle Mountain to intelligence analysis and work to identify targets in real time 24/7/365, and ( 4), 10,000 in the Space Command to maintain our assets in the keyhole positions most productive for the target ID support in real time.
