Space Invaders Game

I read somewhere that this game did not end - it happens and until the ships are all lost players. I also watched a documentary about the hardcore gamers and once there was a guy who has played an arcade machine for three days NON STOP (Not so Space Invaders).
Can anyone give me info on this please?

I have the official book of Guinness players guide and it tells all about Arcade high scores and etc.

Most of Space Invaders (Arcade Style) is 55,160 by Donald Hayes (USA) June 7, 2003, and is the 2009 version so I doubt there is another record holder. And I doubt anyone has a document that up there ^ ^ SUT this number is simply too great to achieve. It does not seem possible if you've played Space Invaders
