Space For Rent

Someone who lives in a mobile home park tell me how much it costs to rent a space?? I intend to rent in Orange County.

Expect at 1200-1500, but without finding a trailer will be almost impossible. Also find a park that is not greater than will be difficult.

You may have to buy a trailer and replace existing.

I do not live in a mobile home park, but I know enough people invested in them to know what happens.

It depends on which park you rent in. Some are under the control of rents in the city. Some are on rent control by lease. Everything depends on the park, you are willing to rent in. They are all different.

Depends on the region. The rate of Santa Ana is not exactly the same as Laguna Beach!
