Space Closing Party

Here are some helpful suggestions to better manage your birthday party room or space when organizing the perfect birthday party for your child.

Before the game, be sure to remove any fragile or brittle room. Remove any large pieces of furniture and you can cover the sharp edges that could be security risks during the festival. It is natural that children love to run when they play, then try to make your place a safe environment as best you can.

Separate your site in at least two distinct zones. Allocate an area of activities such as games and entertainment and another area for food and beverages. This is so that the activities are not in the way of people who enjoy the delicious spread you have specially prepared!

You'll need to prepare the following areas dedicated / tables for the following:

Gift table

This is where you place all donations received by the birthday child. The table "gift" should be near or next to the entrance so that this can be placed when a customer arrives. Choose a table or cons on the side of table 3 'x 3'. This allows donations to stacked to create a visual spectacle and attractive.

Playground activities, entertainment, games or just have fun

Try to create an open space for children to play in. This area will also be used for activities, games and entertainment.

If you encounter an entertainer at the party, did not play in front of an entrance or a door because it detracts from the show badly. People moving in and out of these entries causes too much distraction and disrupt the show.

Ensure there is a theater prepared, ideally, this space must be in front of a wall with your banner or birthday decorations principal. Also make sure there is ample space for children to sit and watch the show or move if the artist is playing interactive games. As a guide, a space 10 feet x 10 feet should be sufficient for the artist to receive up to 20 children.

You may also need to prepare additional space / tables / chairs for extra activities, like if you have a face painter, caricaturist or balloon Twister party.

/ Line Buffet food

Most parties will have a buffet line, as opposed to an ala carte style food sitting. Ensure the buffet line is installed near the playground / activity. As there will probably spill food and drinks, make sure there is no carpet or expensive valuables around the buffet line.

Dining room

The dining area should ideally near the buffet line and not in the middle of the playground activities. If there is no space for a table, chairs lined up along the wall for people to sit and eat.

Cake cutter

This may be one of the dining tables allowed for the cutting of the cake or an extra table dedicated to the special moment. Ensure that the space around the table to take photos with family and friends.

3 key points to remember:

1) Always have the principal or face area or performance outside the entrance to the party room.

2) Always clear furniture potentially dangerous objects or facilities of the party room.

3) Prepare various fields dedicated to the activity of different parties.
