Rocket Fabric

I love the satin covered headbands that are becoming more popular, only question is, I do not like bosses. I was wondering if someone could tell me how to make my own using the fabric I choose. At first glance, it does not seem like it's rocket science, but appearances can be deceptive.

Buy a plastic strip naked, fabrics and if you want that kind of swollen on top, a small strip of foam rubber of an inch thick, simply wrap the fabric around the hoop with or without foam rubber in it, then glue or sew with mesh covered center of the strip so it lays smoothly, then you'll have to play with the ends so that the fabric lays smooth, cut the excess fabric and thus on. is sort of trial and error, but it works, I used to do long ago.
