A ... few things that make life are met in an unusual way on earth ... sea, air, moon, sun stable, the proper temperature .... an ideal place for life

Two ... that the Earth is particularly well suited for the discovery and observation of the universe having a clear atmosphere, being in a place in the milky way appropriate for research in deep space and see the stars in the galaxy "close"

Conditions on Earth is just our way of life, because we have evolved here - we have adapted to this world.
Another form of life from another world would not find Earth the best habitat for them.

The Earth is not particularly well suited for observing our own galaxy (true, we are in the relatively quiet and empty between two spiral arms, but there are clouds of dust between us and the nebula center Galactic, blocking our view (we could have learned about the early universe if we could see the galaxy in all its glory instead of waiting for technology to enable us to image the galaxy in other than visible light).

It's all part of the "anthropic principle", which indicates that we are in a universe capable of supporting life simply because we are here. In another universe with different fundamental properties of life could not evolve.
A sort of "we're here, if life is possible" idea.

and none of that really matters at all because its obvious that this is a rare blend. everything he has done is that the conditions of the state on the land are entitled to life. we already know obviously.

The Earth is suitable for the type of life we have on earth. From a religious point of view, we can say that God made him that way. From a scientific perspective, we can say that life evolved to live in conditions. I think that God is changing life on earth to live in conditions on the ground.

There could be life on another planet that is very different from life here, and they think that their planet is "preferred" because it suits them. It could be a planet where we could not survive. (In recent years, scientists have found life a few places on earth where they thought nothing could live.)
