Planet Earth Hd

I have the HD DVD player for the Xbox 360 and have about 10 movies in HD and they all work with the exception of Planet Earth HD DVD. it is simply empty. a friend has the same problem. its the video of the BBC. Is there another version that the player will be able to read? Why cannot read it? Help pleeeassse

Of course, it is not a Blu-ray? (Do not own the disc, so I do not know)

Besides, I may be wrong to give any sort of solution to the xbox360 since mine was the one who has been victim of a "ring of death '/ 3-red-lights.
