"Staff involvement was essential to ensure success. We have held regular meetings to discuss new office and made good use of Morgan Lovell's intranet site to show Stiefel plans, images and other design elements of development employees on a regular basis.

"The consolidation of sites has been managed in two shots and the staff were delighted with the new facility.
