Ftp Server Space

I built my own server with 3 300 gig hard drive in it and I have a broadband Internet connection. How do I use this server to rent space to others to make a monthly income?

you must install IIS (if windows) or all components such as Apache Web server on your other machine.
second, you must have your own two IP addresses to create the FTP
third, you must install a software to create many FTP these two IP addresses.
