: Weight Loss Diet is not rocket science What with our busy lifestyles even more intense, it is really surprising that people's health and habits are suffering as a result? It's almost like the good old fashioned lunch break has for some become an alien concept as they grab something on the fly and do not have time to sit down and enjoy what they have actively chosen to nibble. In fact, I helped some clients over the years that binge on their bad habits to see them in the day, like coffee, cola and cigarettes and then scoff at anything they can in the evening attempt to satisfy their hunger. This approach is really just a disaster.
Some time ago I helped a young woman with questions and when I asked him questions about his diet, unfortunately I had the same old story. She said she was too busy to eat during the day as it had a tight schedule and that to compensate she drank about 16 bottles of cola, smoke and drink coffee all day. What is surprising is that she said she had a tight schedule - she was only 16 years! If she did not ask for help, then she could have a real problem with trying to solve this major habit as she grew older.
Stop and think about your food intake. The great thing about weight loss is that it is not rocket science - in fact, it is not difficult at all - you just need a little motivation to eat the right things at the right time and some training to keep you active. That's it! There is no need to starve or punish you on the treadmill either. All it takes is a drive and motivation to do the right thing and eat well and enjoy a reasonable exercise routine. Think long term rather than short term. Losing weight over a year instead of six months. This way, you make your goal more realistic and therefore more inevitable.
