Air Rocket

I have to do this science project over the next 2 weeks on a decision of a rocket carrying aloft a ping-pong the greatest possible distance. I have a problem, the main design to be done by Friday if my group can start building. Please give me ideas. Thank you.

Two things:
1) Use a proper fuel combustion.
2) Make the rocket as light as possible.
