What steps will be taken if we find the human race from another planet capable of supporting life today? I made a hobby of reading articles written by NASA to help but I cannot realize how important it would locate a planet in the universe that is able to sustain life, and I wonder what measures we humans have to this conclusion. What do you think would happen?
Probably exactly what we fear the foreigners can do if they come to our planet.
Take an organism and observe / dissect before returning to its habitat
areas and to conquer outposts to communicate with the port (land)
and things of that nature
exploration and colonization of database, I would say
To be honest, I think there would be a great outpouring of apathy. We are not yet at the point where we could put people on the moon forever, and it's just next door. A planet in another star system? Forget it.
When it was announced there had been life on Mars, I asked everyone I knew what they thought and they said: "Who cares, it's so far and it does me no good .
I think that is what would happen. Until we get there and could feasibly explore the place, it would be "who cares, it's so far from me ...".
We go there, messing with the planet a bit, a little world wars, a number of political revolutions, thunderstorms nuclear, and the planet will change significantly, while in the end, we must find another planet to support our asses sorry.
They just send scientists to investigations. But if the earth will end, they will immediately evacuate all people and move to the new planet.
Knowing humanity as it is today, we'll wait until this world is good and sacked before taking any such action - unless we begin to explore this planet for monetary gain Future / his own rampage. Hopefully there has been intelligent life on the planet who is capable and willing to jump into anything before we send it succeeds. Just hang a big sign flashing neon intergalactic - "no vacancies"
Firstly, I think the very rich could move there and the common people would be left in ruins the land .. . Who is less than the government was involved or something ...
but considering we actually do find a planet capable of supporting life, I think any of us (now) would be able to live anyway ...
This is because most assume that the nearby planets are not viable for life
and presumably if we found a planet like ours, it would be light years ... hasn't our technology advanced far enough yet reasonably travel far, especially not in our life ...
But Im not an expert but.
anything that we think we know is really defined and proven fact. our universe is largly unexplored, and we can not rely on pure speculation among scientists and the popular media for what is done.
Perhaps theres a place living on a moon or on a nearby planet ...
or maybe they have already found and people arent privalaged know ...
our planet could be like The Truman Show ... we know nothing tangible space and can not accept what we feel or say is true ... This applies to everything unanswwerable.
but anyway, theres really no definitive answer could be given to this issue now ...
enough to continue to spend billions of dollars that we get an answer ... with us and enjoy most of the byproducts of space exploration ... as the tape ... and foam!
ps. I recommend Yahoo Answers search for "advantages and disadvantages of space exploration" is a good supplement to the reading .- hope my answer helped a little if it is not my real RPGs.
